DESCRIPTION:Do you have someone in your life you know or suspect using opioids? Curious about Narcan (naloxone)?  Just want to be prepared to potentially save a life? Come to the Marquette County Health Department and check out our Save a Life Day resource table. Save a Life Day focuses on Narcan (naloxone) distribution\, education on how to save a life after opioid overdose\, and other helpful resources. It also brings together people and agencies who love to help others. Located in the lobby from 8am to 4:30pm on Thursday\, Sep 25th\, we will have free Narcan\, information on substance use\, treatment resources\, useful information\, and of course\, some free swag! All are welcome! Bring a friend! \nCannot make this event? Walk in during business hours to the health department and obtain free Narcan (naloxone) from our window display near the stairs. Need help or have questions on how to use Narcan? Ask a staff member for assistance. Cannot get to the health department?
