Proper disposal of medications can reduce ground water contamination and stop unintended use.\nPLEASE BRING ONLY: Prescription (controlled and non-controlled) and over-the-counter medications\, ointments\, inhalers\, patches\, non-aerosol sprays\, creams\, vape cartridges and devices (with batteries removed)\, vials\, and pet medications.\nDO NOT BRING: Illegal drugs\, needles/sharps\, mercury thermometers\, aerosol cans\, biohazardous materials (anything containing a bodily fluid or blood)\, flares\, personal care products (shampoo\, soaps\, lotions\, sunscreens\, etc…)\, household hazardous waste (paint\, pesticides\, chemicals\, oil\, or gas)\, acids or any vape devices containing batteries of any kind.\nCannot make the Drug Take Back Day event? DESCRIPTION:Westfield Area High School’s National Honor Society (NHS) is hosting a fun filled Winter Fest on Sat\, Feb 7 from 10 am to 4 pm at Thal Acres in Westfield. Admission is free. There will be many indoor and outdoor activities which have a nominal fee. A buffet-style lunch will be served from 12 pm to 2 pm\, tickets for lunch are $15 each for ages 11 and up and $10 for children 10 and under. See flyer for QR code to prepurchase tickets. This event was originally scheduled for Jan 24 but was rescheduled due to the extreme cold. Please come out and support NHS and enjoy some family fun!
