SUMMARY:Montello School Vaccine Clinic
DESCRIPTION:This event is for the Montello School population ONLY. Students with no insurance\, BadgerCare\, or private insurance can get their vaccines with no out of pocket costs! Marquette County Health Department staff will be available at the school until 5pm if parents would like to be present while their child is vaccinated\, otherwise\, vaccination may be done during the school day for parents who cannot or do not wish to be present. NO ONE without a signed consent form will be vaccinated that day. Check with the school to obtain a consent form if you wish your student to participate.
