Westfield School District Vaccine Clinic

This event is for the Westfield School District population ONLY. Students with no insurance, BadgerCare, or private insurance can get their vaccines with no out of pocket costs! Marquette County Health Department staff will be visiting the district schools during the school day to provide vaccines and will end at the Westfield Elementary where health department staff will stay until 4:30pm if parents would like to be present while their child is vaccinated. NO ONE without a signed consent form will be vaccinated that day. Check with the school to obtain a consent form if you wish your student to participate in this vaccine clinic.
