Montello is celebrating 175 years on August 9! Fun for the whole family with all day events from 8am-8pm!
Parade downtown Montello at 10 am followed by activities all day at the city park on Doty Street!
Fox of the River Voyage Canoe 8 am to 6 pm
Vendor fair from 10 am to 5 pm
Concessions by Little League featuring brats and snacks from 10 am to 8 pm
Firefighters’ competition from 12 pm to 2 pm
Free pontoon boat rides on Montello Lake from 12 pm to 2 pm
Food trucks from 3 pm to 8 pm
Live music and performances at the Main Stage in City Park featuring:
– John Giencke on ukulele from 12 pm to 1 pm
– Prairie Thunder Cloggers performance from 1 pm to 2 pm
– Hail Storm Native American dancers, drummers & singers from 2 pm to 4 pm
– That 70’s Band playing a mix of country, disco, rock, and dance from 5 pm to 8 pm
